David Kaggwa is an international arbitrator, FIDIC expert, and construction lawyer with over 20 years of experience resolving major infrastructure disputes worldwide. He is the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Uganda Chapter and Founder of the Construction Law Institute, and authored Africa’s first Construction Law Digest.
